Earnings vary based on the offers you complete, your location, and time invested. Most surveys pay $0.50-$5.00, game offers can pay $5-$50+, and app installs typically pay $0.25-$2.00. Dedicated users can earn $50-$200+ per month.
Can I complete the same offer twice on different devices?
No, you cannot complete the same offer multiple times on the same offerwall, even if you use different devices. For example, completing an offer on iOS and then attempting it again on Android is strictly prohibited and may result in earnings forfeiture.
Why are my earnings on hold?
Earnings may be held temporarily for verification purposes, especially for high-value offers. This protects against fraud and chargebacks. Holds typically last 24-48 hours but can extend to 7-30 days for casino or subscription offers.
What happens if an offer doesn't credit?
If an offer doesn't credit within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with proof of completion (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.). We'll investigate and manually credit your account if verified.
Can I complete offers on mobile?
Yes! AZcash is fully mobile-friendly. In fact, some offers are mobile-only. You can complete offers on any device - smartphone, tablet, or computer.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $0.50 USD. This ensures that transaction fees don't consume most of your earnings, especially for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to the Withdraw page, select your preferred payment method (currently Litecoin, with more options coming soon), enter your wallet address or payment details, and submit your request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
How long does it take to receive my payment?
Cryptocurrency withdrawals (Litecoin) are usually processed within 24-48 hours. PayPal and gift card redemptions (coming soon) will be instant to 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
We don't charge withdrawal fees! However, blockchain transaction fees apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals (typically $0.10-$0.50 for Litecoin). These fees are deducted from your withdrawal amount.
Why was my withdrawal cancelled?
Withdrawals may be cancelled if: you have pending offers still being verified, your account is flagged for suspicious activity, incorrect payment details were provided, or you don't meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Can I create multiple accounts?
No, creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all accounts. We use advanced fraud detection including device fingerprinting to identify duplicate accounts.

Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support. Note that you must withdraw any remaining balance before deletion, as balances cannot be refunded after account closure.
