1. Service Overview

AZCash provides a reward-based platform that enables registered users to earn financial compensation by participating in various activities, including but not limited to surveys, promotional offers, tasks, and partner-sponsored content. While we strive to maintain high-quality service, AZCash cannot be held responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party offers displayed on our platform.

2. Term Modifications

3. User Eligibility & Registration

3.2 - Account information: All registration details must be accurate, truthful, and regularly updated. Providing false information can result in immediate account termination.

3.3 - Single account policy: Each person or household may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will lead to account closures and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Financial Compensation System

4.1 - Verification: All platform earnings undergo verification to ensure legitimacy. AZCash reserves the right to adjust or cancel earnings from suspicious activities.

4.2 - Non-transferability: Earnings accumulated in your account cannot be transferred to other users or accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 - Minimum withdrawal: A threshold of $0.50 is required for processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 - Processing timeline: Payment processing varies by method and may experience delays based on verification or technical requirements.

4.5 - Identity verification: We may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to comply with regulations and internal policies.

5. User Responsibilities

By using AZCash, you agree to:

• Maintain account security by protecting your credentials and reporting suspicious activities promptly
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform
• Perform tasks honestly and according to the specified requirements
• Avoid using any (VPNs, proxies, automation) that disguise your identity or location
• Conduct yourself responsibly to preserve platform integrity and user experience

6. Unacceptable Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Participating in unlawful or unethical activities through our platform
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal advantage
• Unauthorized access attempts to restricted system areas
• Distribution of harmful content (malware, spam) or harassment of others
• Violation of AZCash or third-party intellectual property rights
• Account sharing or transferring access credentials
• Completing the same offer multiple times on the same offerwall across different devices (e.g., completing once on iOS and again on Android)

We monitor platform activities and will take appropriate actions against violations, which may include legal proceedings against offenders.

7. Referral Program

AZCash offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards by inviting others. By participating in the referral program, you agree to:

• Use your referral code or link ethically and in compliance with applicable laws
• Avoid impersonating influencers, streamers, or public figures when promoting your referral code
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Not create fake accounts to benefit from your own referral link

AZCash reserves the right to block, suspend, or delete referral codes that violate these guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

8. Offer Holds & Verification

To protect against fraud and chargebacks, AZCash may temporarily hold offer credits under the following circumstances:

• An offer exceeds your typical credit limit or pattern
• Credits require additional verification from our partners
• High-risk offers (such as casino sign-ups or subscription trials) that have elevated chargeback rates
• Unusual account activity or suspicious completion patterns

Hold periods may range from 24 hours to 60 days depending on the offer type and risk level. You may expedite release by providing proof of completion (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.) to our support team.

9. Account Actions & Termination

AZCash reserves the following rights regarding user accounts:

• Account suspension or termination for Terms violations
• Removal of earnings obtained through prohibited methods
• Closure of dormant accounts per our internal activity policies
• Immediate access restriction for security threats
• Implementation of additional verification steps prior to withdrawal processing

Accounts may be permanently banned for creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or emulators, receiving chargebacks, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

10. Tax Obligations

Users are solely responsible for complying with the tax laws of their country or jurisdiction. Income earned through AZCash may be subject to taxation, and it is your responsibility to report such income to the relevant tax authorities.

AZCash does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional to understand your obligations. We may be required to report certain information to tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Refunds & Disputes

11.1 - Platform errors: Refunds or credits may be issued for errors directly caused by AZCash, such as technical glitches or incorrect credit calculations.

11.2 - Third-party services: Errors related to external services (cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, incorrect wallet addresses) are outside our control and must be resolved directly with the service provider.

11.3 - Offer disputes: If an offer fails to credit properly, contact support with proof of completion. We will investigate and manually credit your account if the claim is verified and approved.

11.4 - No refunds for violations: Earnings forfeited due to Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or account bans are non-refundable.

12. Platform Changes

Our platform undergoes continuous improvement. AZCash may enhance, modify, limit, or discontinue any aspect of our service without prior notification. This includes adjustments to available offers, reward rates, payment methods, and platform features. By continuing to use AZCash after such changes, you accept the modified service conditions.

13. Liability Limitations

13.1 - "As is" provision: AZCash services are provided without guarantees of availability, reliability, or error-free operation.

13.2 - No content guarantees: We cannot assure the accuracy or quality of content, offers, or information available through our service.

13.3 - Damage limitations: Neither AZCash nor its partners bear responsibility for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from platform use.

13.4 - Liability cap: Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the total amount successfully withdrawn during the twelve months preceding your claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to and interpreted according to Maltese law. By using AZCash, you consent that any disputes or legal proceedings related to these Terms or your use of our platform will be handled exclusively by the courts of Malta.
